Usage
UNT series chain butt welder is special butt welding equipments, which adopt flash butt welding techniques, for the welding of chains of mine, and cement chains, chains of suspending or decoration. And burrs on butt weld joint will be eliminated. This welder has all the characteristics of general-purpose welders. It can be used for welding stick style plate, pipe plate and various style plate when replace corresponding tongs mouths. We can also provide you with assorted special production line (quencher equipment, pulling machine, length-test machine, frock and technics etc.). Burr-eliminating machine and hydraulic pump station will be provided if users really need it.
Structure
UNT series chain butt welder is semi-automatic butt welding equipment, it can complete the entire process of flash butt welding in accordence with the pre-designed weld regulations. Meanwhile, it adopts industrial computer to do programm controlling and frequency-varying speed regulation. The welder is made up of machine body, clamp setting, melt and tip forge transmitting structure, weld transformer, contracted air system, and electric control box, frequency-varying timing equipment.
