Product Description
This series of welding machine provides the energy by discharging the charged capacitor via the welding torch in a very short time period, welds the special designed studs onto the steel plates. Materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum can be welded. Because of the high power density in the welding area and the very short welding time, heat-influenced area is very small, so the work piece will not be deformed. Outer surface of work piece will not be influenced in the slightest degree. Productive efficiency is significant, lt can be used to substitute the traditional connection methods of stud by drilling holes. Lt has been widely used for the applications such as the decoration in the elevators, automotive manufacturing, metal curtain walls and electric control cabinets etc.
